Medical Discount Program
At Atlantic we feel very strongly that the best healthcare is preventive healthcare. Therefore, we give employees on the medical plan the opportunity to earn a discount on medical premiums by completing 4 preventive activities:
1. Biometric Screening
- Onsite screenings are available at most branches in each Fall.
- If your location did not have an onsite event or you are a remote employee, complete your biometric screening by following these steps:
- Schedule an annual physical with your provider. An annual physical is free with company insurance once per plan year.
- Log into the WellRight portal, click on the Biometric Screening Tile and download the Physician Screening Form. This form can also be found at the bottom of this section.
- Ask your doctor to complete the form and email it to ehs.physicianscreening@ehealthscreenings.com or fax it to (210) 767-2245. Once the form is processed, this will count for both your Biometric Screening and Annual Physical requirements.**Please make sure you have signed the form, that the email address you provide is the one associated with your WellRight account, and that there is no missing information.
2. Annual Physical
Schedule your annual physical with your Primary Care Doctor or if you are an employee in Tabor City, at the Carter Health Center.
Need help finding a primary care provider who accepts Atlantic insurance? Pathways Concierge Services can help you find a doctor in your area and help make the appointment. You can call them directly at 888-296-7179 (8am EST – 8pm EST).
With our insurance, you are allowed one physical per PLAN year.
3. One Preventive Age/Gender Indicated Health Exam, Dental Cleaning, or Eye Exam
Qualifying exams include:
- Mammogram
- Colonoscopy
- Well-woman exam
- Prostate Exam (PSA)
- Dental Exam/Screening
- Preventive Skin Check
- Vision (Eye) Exam
4. Complete One Health Coaching Visit or Behavioral Health Visit
- Meet with a Marquee Health Coach by phone or email. Call 1-800-882-2109 or email coaching@mywellportal.com to schedule. These visits will be updated automatically by the Marquee Health Coach.
- Participate in the Achieve Health Healthy Weight Program, Lifestyle or Disease Mgt. These will be updated automatically on a monthly basis.
- Meet with a Spring Health Coach or Therapist. **Upload proof of your visit and email it to wellness@atlanticpkg.com
Submission of proof is required for the Annual Physical and Preventive Care Visit. Proof of completion can be an Explanation of Benefits, a screenshot of a confirmation email or receipt, or the Annual Physical/Preventive Care verification form uploaded in the portal under the applicable tile.
** All submissions are subject to audit by the program administrator. There will be no claims information provided by your insurance carrier. All information must be submitted by the participant.
If you miss the Aug. 31st deadline to receive the discount, you can complete the 4 activities and earn the discount as soon as they are complete.
Spouses on the Medical Plan – NEW for 2026-2027.
Spouses on the medical plan will be required to complete and upload proof of a Annual Physical and one Preventive Exam.
These 4 activities are due each year by August 31st to receive the discount on next year’s premiums.
New Employees
If you are a new employee at time of Benefits Enrollment, you can select the discounted rate. If hired before March 1st you will be required to complete the 4 activities to keep the discount for the following year. If hired after March 1st, you will receive the premium discount for the remainder of this plan year and the following plan year, but you are required to complete the program requirements during that plan year to continue earning the discount moving forward.

WellRight
WellRight is our partner for the Wellness Program. Through the WellRight portal you can check your incentive status for both the medical discount program and the wellness incentive program, see your biometric information, take a health assessment, and participate in health -related activities and challenges.

Mental Well-being with Spring Health
Atlantic Packaging partners with Spring Health to provide personalized care and resources to support you through any of life’s challenges. Spring Health can support your mental well-being with easy, free, access to:
- Therapy and Coaching – Get support when its convenient for you. Each employee gets 6 free therapy sessions and 6 coaching sessions per year.
- Dedicated Guidance – Your Care Navigator can walk you through your care plan, help you find the right therapist, and provide support whenever you need it.
- Wellness Exercises – Moments is a library of self-guided exercises that can help you manage stress, calm anxiety, beat burnout, improve sleep, and be more mindful.
- Work-life services – Access expert guidance and resources to navigate legal or financial matters, child care, elder care, pet care, travel, household services, and more.
